1. Provide customer service for American customers across the ocean;
2. Reply via e-mail/live chat to questions concerning on-line shopping on Newegg.com put forward by American customers (non-technical-related and technical-related questions);
3. Be mainly responsible for replying questions such as: order inquiry, post-sales service issues, customer suggestions an criticism, payment processing, delivery status and so on;
4. The purpose of CS Department is to answer and resolve all incoming emails/chats in a timely and efficient manner;

1. Bachelor degree or above, no restrictions on major;
2. Have a professional and strong sense of customer-service, with a real understanding of how to treat customers;those who are previously involved in the field of CS will be given priority;
3. Good English reading, writing and communication abilities;
4. Pass TEM-4 (Test Of English Major) if English major;Pass CET-6 (College English Test) if non-English major;
5. Proficient in computer skills, familiar with MS OFFICE, especially MS Outlook;excellent typing skill with no less than 35 words per minute.
6. This position requires the candidate to work on long term night shift;
